William Bailes was on his way to attending medical school, when he had a complete change of heart & decided to follow his passion into becoming a hair stylist. He attended school for hair at the Carlos Valenzuela Academy in Scottsdale graduating in 1997. In 1998 William joined the staff at Elizabeth Arden. Utilizing their extensive education program, he mastered the art of coloring, becoming a master colorist in just over a year & becoming a master stylist in the same short time. In 1999 William joined the staff of Cherry The Salon where he seeks out educational opportunities at all times & loves to spot trends in hair that are current, so that he can keep his clientele up to date.
